Autogrill es una empresa de servicios que sirve en 62 puntos de venta en carretera. La novedad es que durante este mes comenzará a ofrecer menús ecológicos preparados por Carta Maestra, una empresa cordobesa de hostelería que sirve alimentos de quinta gama, y certificada por la Asociación Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica (CAAE)
El 12 de diciembre, a mediodía, el consejero de Agricultura y Pesca, Isaías Pérez Saldaña (hay que ver lo que viaja este hombre), firmará con Autogrill este acuerdo, en el establecimiento que tienen ubicado en la Estación Puerta de Atocha AVE, en Madrid. Además, Autogrill promocionará los alimentos ecológicos andaluces hasta el 16 de marzo de 2006.
De esta forma, la firma de restauración ofrecerá menús ecológicos, elaborados con productos andaluces certificados por la Junta y por la CAAE, a un precio entre 18 y 20 euros.
No puede decirse que los productos ecológicos andaluces no comienzan a salir de la Comunidad, poco a poco.
